QBY3 PP/PVDF pneumatic diaphragm pump
DESCRIPTION
Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery that uses compressed air as the power source. For various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids, it can be pumped and absorbed completely.
There are four types of materials for pneumatic diaphragm pumps: engineering plastic, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and cast iron. The pneumatic diaphragm pump adopts Nitrile rubber, Neoprene, fluororubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. according to different liquid media to meet the needs of different users. It is installed in various special occasions to pump various media that cannot be pumped by conventional pumps, and has achieved satisfactory results.
The working principle of the pneumatic diaphragm pump is a positive displacement Reciprocating pump that uses the air compressor to input compressed air into the distribution valve of the diaphragm pump to drive the link shaft in the middle body of the diaphragm pump to drive the diaphragm pump diaphragm in the medium chamber of the diaphragm pump body to make transverse stretching movement to achieve the function of self-priming fluid. In the two symmetrical working chambers of the pump, each is equipped with an elastic diaphragm. The connecting rod connects the two diaphragms into one body, and compressed air enters the distribution valve from the inlet joint of the pump to push the diaphragms in the two working chambers, driving the two diaphragms connected by the connecting rod to move synchronously. At the same time, the gas in the other working chamber is discharged from the pump behind the diaphragm. The pneumatic diaphragm pump consists of two main parts: an airflow structure and a liquid flow structure, which are completely isolated by the two diaphragms on both sides.
The air supply pressure only needs to be greater than two kilograms per square centimeter to work. At a working pressure of 5 to 8 kilograms, the high-pressure gas in the valve chamber drives the connecting rod shaft to move back and forth through the airflow guidance system. At the same time, the consumed low-pressure gas is quickly discharged through the exhaust port. Under the alternating action of high and low pressure gases on both sides, the connecting rod shaft drives the diaphragms on both sides to move left and right, causing alternating changes in the air pressure in the volume chambers on both sides, thereby achieving continuous suction and discharge of liquid.
FEATURES
1, Due to the use of air as the power, meteors actively adjust with changes in back pressure (outlet resistance) and are suitable for medium to high viscosity fluids. The working point of the centrifugal pump is set horizontally. If used for fluids with slightly higher viscosity, a matching reducer or frequency converter is required, which will greatly increase the cost, and the same applies to gear pumps.
2, In flammable and explosive environments, pneumatic pumps are reliable and low-cost, such as fuel transportation, because they do not generate sparks after passing through a place and grounding; Secondly, there is no heat during operation, and the machine will not overheat; Thirdly, due to the small agitation of the liquid by the diaphragm pump, the liquid will not overheat.
3, In unfavorable locations on the construction site, such as the discharge of wastewater from construction sites and industrial and mining sites, the electric pump is in a high load state and the motor is prone to heating due to the high amount of impurities, disorderly composition, and easy blockage of pipelines in the wastewater. Pneumatic diaphragm pump can pass particles, and the flow is adjustable.
