R Series Reversed Circulation Canned Motor Pump
DESCRIPTION
The reverse circulation type is suitable for conveying easily vaporized liquids, and its characteristic is that the lubrication and cooling path is opposite to the basic type, so it is called the reverse circulation type. This type of pump itself does not require an exhaust valve, and its reverse circulation pipeline can discharge the motor-circulating liquid into the gas phase zone of the liquid inlet tank, ensuring that there is no gas present in the pump and motor cavities, ensuring lubrication of bearings and cooling of the motor. This structure is suitable for conveying low-temperature liquefied gases, such as LPG, LNG, and other low-density easily vaporized liquids.
Vertical Application and Characteristics of Reverse Circulation Canned Motor Pump

Characteristics of Canned Motor Pump

There is no need to inject lubricating and sealing fluids, which saves the trouble of injecting oil and does not pollute the conveying fluid;
Suitable for conveying high temperature, high pressure, ultra-low temperature, and high melting point liquids, utilizing the characteristics of this pump without shaft seals to solve the above-mentioned special liquids that are difficult to solve for pumps with shaft seals:
The motor and pump are integrated and adopt a building block structure, which is very compact, so the volume is small, the weight is light, and the floor area is small. There is no need to be skilled in installation. There is no cooling motor fan, so the noise during operation is very low.
The main maintenance only involves replacing bearings, thus reducing the later operating costs.
