High temperature shielded pump is a high-temperature liquid pump that can transport hot oil and hot water, consisting of two parts. The pump body and impeller form a high-temperature chamber, while the stator and rotor form a low-temperature chamber. Although the liquid in these two rooms is the same, the temperature is different. Due to the obstruction caused by the connecting body and shaft sleeve, the liquid in the two rooms is almost not mixed together. In addition, the end face of the connecting body has a small contact area with the motor, thereby reducing the heat transfer from the pump chamber to the motor chamber.

High temperature liquid usually refers to a liquid that is higher than the specified motor inlet liquid and has a high temperature below 350 ℃, and the liquid itself does not contain particles, has a low melting point, etc.

The high-temperature separation type all has a connecting body (also known as a heat shield), a heat exchanger, and a cooling jacket. Although the temperature of the conveyed medium is higher than the specified motor inlet liquid * high temperature, due to the heat shield effect of the connecting body and the cooling effect of the exchanger, the temperature of the liquid entering the motor is lower than the specified motor inlet liquid * high temperature. The cooling of this pump motor and lubrication of the bearings are carried out by a secondary impeller installed at the rear of the rotor, which forcibly circulates the circulating fluid of the motor.
